OFFICIAL: Ford’s classic Western “The Man Who Shot Liberty Valance” arrives on 4K Ultra HD – May 17

AFTER HITTING digital platforms last month in 4K Ultra HD, Paramount Pictures Home Entertainment will release John Ford’s highly acclaimed Western “The Man Who Shot Liberty Valance: 60th Anniversary Edition” part of the Paramount Presents series on physical 4K and Blu-ray - May 17.


Starring James Stewart and John Wayne (together for the first time), alongside Vera Miles, Lee Marvin, John Carradine and Lee Van Cleef, “The Man Who Shot Liberty Valance” tells the engrossing story of a senator (Stewart), his old friend (Wayne), and a despicable outlaw called Liberty Valance (Marvin).

SPECS:

Video – Paramount remastered the 35mm camera negative (1.85:1 aspect ratio) in TRUE 4K. HDR10 grading and possibly Dolby Vision, which is already available on the digital version.


Audio – Six-channel DTS-HD soundtrack and hopefully the original mono track will be provided.
